MacBook and iMac diagnostic fee is $110
The diagnostic fee covers 45 min of technicians time to diagnose the MacBook problem and to quote for the MacBook or iMac repair.
Hourly rate for the MacBook technician is $136. Most MacBook repairs can be done in one hour.
Repairs that take one hour:
– MacBook display replacement
– MacBook HDD or SSD replacement
– MacBook Battery replacement
– MacBook Trackpad replacement
– MacBook Logic Board replacement
Some repairs take a little longer, for example, MacBook keyboard replacement or iMac HDD replacement take 1.5 to 2 hours.
Data recovery takes extra 1/2 hours on top of HDD or SSD replacement.

We stock most common Apple parts for MacBooks from 2008 to 2022 and iMacs from 2009 to 2022. If we have the required part on hand we are able to do the repair the same day we receive the device if necessary.
